Nike Air Force 1 Premium Mens "Jones Beach" Style # 378340-211 Review
Inspired by Long Island's famous 'Jones Beach', this shoe features a sand colored canvas upper, seaweed print on the heel quarter and a translucent sole featuring the map of Long Island. Additional features include Jones Beach coordinates on the heel tab, a leather tongue-tag, extra set of blue laces, and an insole which reads 'Strong Island". Paying homage to one of the most notorious beaches on the east coast Nike has designed this premium release of the Air Force Ones in honor of Jones Beach. The sneakers couldn't represent Jones Beach any better either. The upper of the Jones Beach Air Force 1 Premium uses a 3/4ths combo of canvas and leather. The mid and front portion of the AF1 is covered in a sandy colored canvas while the heel panel makes use of premium leather in the same color. Incorporated on the leather heel panel is a laser etched design resembling the wooden fences scattered along the beach. The tongue tags include an image of the Jones Beach Tower, along with Jones Beach written in blue. The heel spine includes the latitude and longitude numbers of where the beach is located and the icey blue clear outsoles (which are suppose to resemble water) display a silhouette of Long Island which can also be seen on the insoles.
